Modest Scents wants you to love your fragrance. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
• To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with seals intact.
• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return, due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products — unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.
• Free testers, gifts, or promotional items included with an order are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (wrong or defective item sent).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
